RETURNS
No exchange, no return, no refunds.
Incase the product has been received damaged or broken, the same needs to be communicated to us via email at fireflyhome@gmail.com within 24 hours of receipt of courier. Upon inspection, our customer service team shall assist with you a replacement.
TAXES & DUTIES
Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
PAYMENTS
All payments made against the purchases/services on FireflyHome.in by you shall be as against the MRP displayed on the website and shall be in terms and conditions of the third party Online Payment Gateway Services as adopted and applicable to your transaction as approved by Firefly Home. Before shipping your order to you, we may request you to provide supporting documents (including but not limited to Govt. Issued ID and address proof) to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by you for your purchase. This is done to ensure a safe and a full proof online shopping environment to our users.
Firefly Home may employ Razorpay, PaisaPay, PayPal and such other third-party facilities, for Payments on the Website. Such payments can be made through the electronic transactions, as may be permitted by Firefly Home which shall be at its sole discretion. Use of such third-party services will be governed by their User Agreement, Seller Terms, Conditions and other rules and policies as may be required and applicable for your nature of activities.
While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, we are not responsible or take no liability of whatsoever nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you including but not limited to the following: (a) lack of authorisation for any transaction/s; (b) or exceeding the present limit mutually agreed by you and between your “Bank /s”; (c) or any payment issues arising out of the transaction; (d) or decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
DELIVERY
Firefly Home endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Firefly Home fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Firefly Home may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.
Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
